Terms of Service

By using the ReachNow service — including by checking the "I agree" checkbox at signup — you agree to these Terms of Service (Version 1.1, effective July 9, 2026). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ReachNow provides a B2B contact enrichment and business email verification service. Access is granted through a prepaid credit system. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for business use only.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• One account per individual or legal entity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of these Terms.

• Credits are the unit of access. 1 credit = 1 profile verification attempt.
• Pricing and available credit packs are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
• Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Credits are prepaid and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Free trial credits (5 credits on signup) are provided at our discretion, may be changed or revoked, and have no cash value.
• Monthly purchase limits may apply. These are shown in your account settings.
• A credit is consumed when a verification is attempted or delivered. Results are not guaranteed — a credit may be spent on a verification that returns no email address (see §6).

You agree to:

• Use contact data only for legitimate B2B purposes (sales outreach, recruitment, business development).
• Comply with all applicable data-protection and anti-spam laws — including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM — in your own outreach and communications. You are the data controller of the data you export from ReachNow; we are not responsible for how you use it.

The following are prohibited:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Harassment or targeting of individuals for non-business purposes
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing contact data to third parties
• Scraping, crawling, or automated abuse of the ReachNow platform
• Using the service to build a competing enrichment database
• Any unlawful use of contact data

Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension and may expose you to legal liability.

This section is a summary. The full Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out prohibited uses, your suppression obligations, how to report misuse, and how we enforce. Where the two differ, the Acceptable Use Policy governs.

Contact data and email addresses are provided "as is" on a best-effort basis. We verify emails using SMTP and third-party providers, but we do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of any result
• That a verified email will be deliverable at the time of your outreach
• That a profile will be found or that any result will be returned

Verification results depend in part on third-party email verification and deliverability services outside our control, and are provided without warranty of absolute accuracy. Mail-server behaviour, catch-all configurations, and provider responses can change at any time after a result is delivered.

A credit may be consumed on a verification attempt that returns no email — this is inherent to how verification works and does not entitle you to a refund.

The service depends on third-party platforms including LinkedIn, Stripe, and third-party email verification and deliverability providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or decisions made by these platforms. In particular, changes to LinkedIn's platform may affect the availability or accuracy of certain features.

ReachNow owns all rights in the platform, software, and associated materials. Your use of the service gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for your own legitimate business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform.

Either party may terminate the account at any time. You may do so from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms.

On termination, any unused credits are forfeited and have no cash value. You remain responsible for any amounts already due.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachNow's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold ReachNow and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of exported contact data, your communications to Data Subjects, or your violation of applicable data-protection or anti-spam law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / jurisdiction], and any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact support@reachnow.io.
