A small product that does one thing properly
ReachNow turns prospects you have already identified into verified business contact records. It is not a database, not a sales platform, and not trying to become either.
What we built, and why it is shaped this way
Most tools in this category sell access to a contact database. You search it, and it returns whatever it collected at some point in the past. That model has an obvious problem: people change jobs, addresses are deactivated, companies are acquired, and a stored record cannot know about any of it until someone refreshes it.
ReachNow works the other way round. There is no database to search. You supply the specific people you want to reach, and enrichment happens at that moment — resolving their current role and employer, and testing candidate addresses against that employer's mail server while you wait.
That constrains what the product can be. It cannot help you discover prospects you have not identified, and it will never have the breadth of a database. In exchange, a result means something specific: this address was accepted by that server, just now, and here are the candidates that were rejected.
We would rather be genuinely useful for one job than plausible-sounding for ten.

No numbers we cannot evidence
This site used to claim 98% accuracy, two million emails verified and a 4.8-star rating from 150 reviews. None of it was measured and the reviews did not exist. All of it is gone. If a figure appears here now, we can show you where it comes from.
The limits are on the product pages
Every feature page carries a section on what that feature cannot do, and the workflows page opens by listing the integrations we do not have. A buyer who finds this out after a trial has been wasted; finding out in ten seconds is better for both of us.
No compliance badges
We do not claim to be “GDPR compliant” or “fully compliant” anywhere, because whether your use is lawful depends on facts we do not control. We describe what we do with data instead, and let you draw the conclusion.
We say where data comes from
ReachNow works from the prospect information customers supply — commonly a LinkedIn profile URL. We have not scrubbed that from the site to make a review easier. Obscuring where the input comes from would be a strange way to run a business built on handling data carefully.
