For marketing teams
Clean the list before the campaign goes out
A campaign list full of unverified addresses does its damage in the first hour of the send. ReachNow enriches and verifies the list beforehand, so the launch is not the moment you find out which addresses were guesses.

Cached rows reuse verification already done for that company domain. Rows with no result cost nothing and can be retried on their own.
A bad list damages more than one campaign
- Mailbox providers treat a high bounce rate as evidence you do not know your recipients, and they throttle accordingly.
- The penalty attaches to the sending domain rather than the campaign, so the next send starts from a worse position — and so does every other message from that domain.
- Lists assembled from several sources arrive in several shapes, and the joins are where duplicates and gaps hide.
- Missing company data means everyone gets the same message, because there is nothing to segment on.
- By the time the bounce report arrives, the send has already happened.
List hygiene is cheap before a send and expensive afterwards. The work is identical either way — only the consequences differ.
Verify and enrich, then launch
Upload the campaign list as a CSV — up to 100 prospects per file — and run enrichment before the campaign is scheduled. Each row comes back with a verified business address, or an honest note that no verified address could be found.
Addresses that fail verification never come back marked as verified, so the list you send to is the list that was tested. Catch-all domains are labelled as risky rather than presented as confirmed, which lets you decide whether to include them rather than discovering the ambiguity from your bounce report.
Enrichment also fills in the company context — domain, industry and headcount where published — which is usually what was missing when a campaign had to go out unsegmented.
- Verify the whole list before the send, not after
- Risky catch-all domains labelled so you can choose whether to include them
- Industry and headcount returned for segmentation
- Consistent columns regardless of which source a row came from
- Re-verify an old list before reusing it — previously enriched rows are free
Process
Preparing a campaign list
STEP 01
Upload the list
Export the campaign list as a CSV of prospect profile URLs and upload it. Row count and format are validated immediately, so a malformed file is caught before anything runs.
STEP 02
Enrich and verify every row
Each prospect is resolved and their business address tested against the receiving mail server. Rows that cannot produce a verified address are marked, not quietly filled with a guess.
1 credit per enriched row · unresolved rows are free
STEP 03
Segment on what came back
Use industry, headcount and company domain to split the list into segments that justify different messages, rather than sending one message to everybody.
STEP 04
Export and load into your sending tool
Download as a full CSV or in a HubSpot-shaped column layout, then import wherever the campaign is being built.
Benefits
What this protects
Your sending domain
Fewer bounces means fewer signals to mailbox providers that you are sending to addresses you have not checked.
Honest labelling of ambiguity
Catch-all domains are reported as risky. You decide whether to send to them, before the campaign rather than after.
Something to segment on
Industry and headcount come back with each contact, which is often exactly the field that was missing.
One consistent shape
Rows from different sources come back with identical columns, so the merge stops producing surprises.
Scheduled re-verification
Run enrichment weekly so a list that sits between campaigns is refreshed rather than trusted.
Free to re-check
Rows already enriched in your account can be looked up again without spending another credit.
What this does not cover
- ReachNow does not send campaigns, build templates or report on opens and clicks.
- It cannot tell you whether a message will be delivered — only whether the address exists and accepts mail.
- It does not check whether a contact has consented to marketing from you. That obligation stays with you.
- No personal email addresses. Business contacts only, which limits it to B2B campaigns.
- Files are capped at 100 rows, so larger lists need splitting.
Marketing to business contacts carries consent and opt-out obligations that vary by country. Verified data makes a campaign deliverable; it does not make it lawful — that part is your call, and worth taking advice on.

Bring the prospects you are already working on. Enrich them, look at the output, and decide from there.
