For RevOps

Fill the gaps in the records you already have

Every CRM accumulates contacts with a name, a company and nothing usable to reach them with. ReachNow takes that export, enriches it, and hands back a consistent column set — as a repeatable job rather than a quarterly clean-up project.

Contact data decays faster than anyone maintains it

    • A meaningful share of B2B contact records go stale every year as people change roles and companies are acquired.
    • Records arrive from forms, imports, events and manual entry, each with different fields populated and different conventions.
    • Reps work around gaps rather than reporting them, so the CRM looks healthier than it is and nobody knows the true coverage.
    • Manual clean-up projects fix a snapshot, then decay starts again the following week.
    • Enrichment vendors are usually sold as annual contracts sized to a company you may not be yet.

Data quality is not a project that completes. It is a recurring job, and it needs to be cheap and repeatable enough that it actually gets run rather than deferred.

A repeatable enrichment job, not a clean-up project

Export the records that are missing a usable email, upload them as a CSV, and run enrichment. Every row comes back in the same column shape, so the file that goes back into your systems is predictable and your import mapping does not change between runs.

Rows that resolve are filled in. Rows that do not are marked with a reason rather than silently dropped, which means your coverage numbers reflect reality — and unresolved rows can be retried on their own without re-charging the rows that already worked.

Because enrichment is prepaid and consumption-based, the cost of a clean-up run is knowable in advance: 1 credit per enriched record, nothing for records that produce no result, and no annual commitment underneath it.

    • Consistent column set on every export, so import mapping is stable
    • Unresolved rows marked with a reason, not silently dropped
    • Retry only the incomplete rows — successes are not re-charged
    • Scheduled runs with a credit ceiling for predictable spend
    • Previously enriched records are free to look up again

    Process

Running enrichment as a recurring job

    1. STEP 01

      Export the records with gaps

Pull the contacts missing a usable email into a CSV containing their profile URLs. This is the only step that touches your systems directly.

    2. STEP 02

      Upload and run

Upload the file — up to 100 rows each, with 3 held at a time — and start the job. Uploading is free; credits are checked when the run starts, not before.

    3. STEP 03

      Track coverage as it runs

Live counters show enriched, cached, unresolved and remaining rows, so the coverage rate for the run is visible while it happens rather than inferred afterwards.

1 credit per enriched record · unresolved rows cost nothing

    4. STEP 04

      Retry the gaps

Unresolved rows can be retried as their own job. Rows that already succeeded are untouched and not charged a second time.

    5. STEP 05

      Put it on a schedule

Set enrichment to run daily or weekly with a credit ceiling per run, so maintenance happens continuously instead of being rediscovered as a project each quarter.

    Benefits

What this gives an operations team

    A stable output contract

The same columns every run, so downstream mappings and scripts do not need revisiting.

    Honest coverage numbers

Unresolved rows are reported with a reason, so what you tell leadership about data coverage matches reality.

    Predictable, bounded cost

Prepaid credits, one per enriched record, nothing for failures, and a per-run ceiling on scheduled jobs.

    No double-charging on retries

Retry jobs cover only the rows that did not resolve. Successful rows are never re-run.

    Maintenance that actually recurs

A schedule with a spending ceiling turns data hygiene into a background job rather than a project someone has to champion.

    Your data stays portable

Everything leaves as CSV. There is no proprietary format and nothing to extract if you stop.

    Who uses this

    Export column layouts

    Full export

Every field ReachNow resolved: LinkedIn ID, first and last name, title, company, company domain, verified emails, invalid emails, profile URL.

    Salesforce column layout

A CSV whose column headers match a standard Salesforce Lead import, so the file maps cleanly in the import wizard.

    HubSpot column layout

A CSV whose column headers match a standard HubSpot contact import.

    The integration question, answered directly

    • ReachNow has no public API. There is no programmatic way to submit records or retrieve results.
    • It does not connect to your CRM. The Salesforce and HubSpot options are CSV column layouts for import, not live syncs.
    • Nothing is written back into your systems automatically. Export, enrich, re-import — that loop is manual or scripted on your side.
    • There are no webhooks and no scheduled push to an external destination.
    • Purchases are capped at 1,000 credits per month per account, which bounds how large a single clean-up run can be.

If a live CRM sync is a hard requirement, ReachNow does not meet it today and we would rather you knew that before a trial than after one. If a scheduled file-based job is acceptable, this fits well.
