Profile enrichment

Prospect information in, structured data out

The information you hold about a prospect is rarely in a shape you can use. ReachNow takes what you provide, matches and enriches the record, and gives it back as fields you can sort, filter, segment and import.

Prospect notes are readable by people, not by systems

    • The details you have about a prospect are scattered across notes, tabs and spreadsheets rather than sitting in consistent fields.
    • Filling them in by hand is slow and introduces errors precisely where they cost most — in a company name or a domain.
    • Two people researching the same prospect produce differently shaped records, so nothing aggregates.
    • Knowing a prospect's employer is not the same as knowing the mail domain that employer actually uses, which is what an email address depends on.
    • Doing this for fifty prospects is an afternoon. Doing it for five hundred is not going to happen.

Prospect information is usually captured one person at a time. Prospecting requires the same information as data — consistent fields, across hundreds of people, in a shape a system can consume.

    The same information, as fields

ReachNow uses the prospect information you provide — including a professional profile URL where you have one — to match and enrich the record, returning structured fields: who the person is, what they do, where they work, and what that company looks like.

The company's mail domain is the field that matters most, because it is what makes an email address possible. ReachNow identifies it from the employer associated with the prospect, then uses it to construct and verify candidate business addresses.

You supply the prospects. There is no directory, no discovery feature and no bulk collection of people you have not identified — ReachNow only ever works on the specific prospects you give it.

    • Add prospects in the dashboard, import a CSV, or save them with the extension
    • The browser extension only sends the prospect information you choose to save, and never receives your password
    • Company domain, industry and headcount returned where the company publishes them
    • Every prospect comes back in the same field shape, whatever the source
    • Results stay in your account and can be looked up again later at no cost

    Process

From prospect information to structured record

    1. STEP 01

      Add the prospect

Add one or many prospects to your queue, upload a CSV, or save prospect information with the browser extension while you work. All three routes end in the same queue.

    2. STEP 02

The record is matched and enriched

ReachNow uses the information provided to match the prospect and enrich the record with the person's name and current role, their employer, and the company's published details — its web domain, industry and approximate headcount.

    3. STEP 03

      The mail domain is resolved

The employer is resolved to the domain that actually handles its mail, which is frequently not the domain shown on its marketing site. This is what candidate addresses are built from.

    4. STEP 04

The record is completed and stored

The structured record, including any verified email, is saved to your account. It is yours to export, and free to look up again whenever you need it.

    Where profile enrichment fits

    Ad-hoc research

One prospect at a time from the dashboard, when a rep needs a specific person now rather than a list later.

    While you work

The browser extension saves prospect information to your queue as you come across people, so research and enrichment do not have to be separate sessions.

    List processing

A CSV of prospects enriched in one run, which is how most volume work gets done.

    What profile enrichment cannot do

    • It cannot enrich a prospect you have not supplied. There is no search, directory or discovery feature.
    • It works from the information you provide and what the person or their company has published. Details that are not available cannot be returned.
    • A prospect with no current employer cannot produce a business email, because there is no domain to build one from.
    • Personal contact details are out of scope entirely — business email only.
    • The browser extension is Chrome-based. Everything it does can also be done from the dashboard without installing anything.
