Every pack includes the same features — the only difference is volume. Purchases are capped at 1,000 credits per account per month, and credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.

What does and does not cost a credit
Credit models get a bad reputation when it is unclear what drained the balance. Here is the whole rule.
Costs 1 credit
- A profile that comes back enriched with a verified business email address
That is the entire list. There is no second thing that consumes credits.

The terms
Things worth knowing before you buy
Including the ones that are not in our favour.
Start with 5 free credits
A new account includes free credits and does not ask for a payment method. Spend them on prospects whose details you can check yourself — it is the only way to judge the output honestly.
Credits expire after 12 months
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and do not carry over after that. Buy for the volume you will realistically work through, rather than stockpiling for a discount you may not use.
Credits are non-refundable
Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law, as set out in the Terms of Service. This is exactly why the free credits exist — so you can decide before any money changes hands.
Purchases are capped at 1,000 credits a month
The cap is per account and resets monthly. Your dashboard shows how much of the current month's allowance remains. If your volume genuinely exceeds this, get in touch and tell us what you need.
Payments are handled by Stripe
Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout pages and stay with Stripe. ReachNow never sees or stores your card number.
No subscription, no seats, no minimum term
Packs are one-off purchases. There is no recurring charge, no per-user fee, and nothing to remember to cancel. If you stop buying credits, nothing happens.
