Enrichment queue
Collect prospects as you find them and enrich them when you choose. Adding to the queue is free, and every prospect shows its own status while it runs.
Scheduled runs
Enrich daily, weekly, or once the queue passes a size you set. Each run has a credit ceiling, so automation cannot spend more than you allowed.
Free re-lookups
Anything already enriched in your account is served from your history without spending another credit, however often you look it up.
CSV export
Download results as a full export, or in a column layout that maps onto a standard Salesforce or HubSpot import. Exporting is free and unlimited.

What ReachNow is not
Every product in this category is described with roughly the same vocabulary, which makes it hard to work out what any of them actually do. So here is the boundary, stated plainly. ReachNow does not offer:
- Personal (non-business) email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Home or postal addresses
- A pre-built contact database to search or browse
- Native write-back into a CRM
ReachNow also has no public API. If a programmatic integration is a requirement for your team, the honest answer today is that you would use the CSV flow — see workflows for how that fits alongside the tools you already run.
