Contact enrichment
Complete the contact record for every prospect
You have a name and some prospect information. ReachNow fills in the role, the company, the domain and a verified business email — so the prospect becomes someone you can actually contact.

A prospect list is not a contact list
- You have identified the right people, but no way to reach them outside the platform you found them on.
- Guessed addresses like first.last@company.com are right often enough to be tempting and wrong often enough to hurt — every bounce is a small deduction from your sending reputation.
- Company details in your list are stale: people changed roles, companies were acquired, domains moved.
- Researching contact details by hand costs a rep several minutes per prospect, which is the most expensive possible way to produce an email address.
- Contact records arrive in a different shape from every source, so nothing imports cleanly.
The gap is not identifying prospects — you have already done that. The gap is turning an identified person into a record complete enough to act on, and doing it reliably enough that you are not checking each one by hand.
One prospect in, one usable record out
Add a prospect using the information you already have, including a professional profile URL where relevant — typed into your queue, imported in a CSV, or saved with the browser extension while you work. ReachNow uses the information provided to match and enrich the prospect record.
It reads who they are and where they work, identifies the company's mail domain, constructs the business email patterns that domain is likely to use for that name, and then tests those candidates against the company's actual mail server. Only addresses the server accepts are returned to you as verified.
You get back both sides of that work: the address that passed, and the candidates that were tried and rejected. That is deliberate — it lets you see that a result was tested rather than guessed.
- Name, job title and current employer matched from the information you provide
- Company domain, industry and headcount where the company publishes them
- Verified business email, with rejected candidates listed alongside
- Catch-all domains labelled as risky rather than presented as confirmed
- Results kept in your account and free to look up again later
Process
From profile to contact record
STEP 01
Point ReachNow at a prospect
Add a prospect in the dashboard, upload a CSV, or save prospect information with the browser extension while you work. Adding prospects is free — nothing is charged at this stage.
STEP 02
The record is resolved
ReachNow uses the information provided to match and enrich the prospect record: the person's name and role, their current employer, and the company's web domain, industry and size where those are published.
STEP 03
Candidate addresses are verified
Using the company domain and the person's name, ReachNow builds the plausible business address formats and tests each against the receiving mail server. Addresses that are rejected never reach you as verified.
1 credit, and only if a verified address is found
STEP 04
Use the result
Review the record in your dashboard and export it as CSV — a full export, or a column layout matching a Salesforce or HubSpot import. Exporting is free and unlimited.
Benefits
What enrichment gives you
Concrete outcomes, each tied to something the product actually does.
Addresses that were tested, not guessed
Every returned address was accepted by the receiving mail server at the moment it was checked. Rejected candidates are shown too, so you can see the difference.
Company context, not just an email
Domain, industry and headcount come back with the contact, which is usually enough to segment or prioritise a list without a second tool.
You pay only for results
A profile that finishes with no verified address costs nothing. Queuing, reviewing and exporting are free at any volume.
Repeat lookups are free
Anything already enriched in your account is served from your history without spending another credit.
Consistent output shape
Every record has the same columns regardless of where the prospect came from, so a file imports the same way every time.
Exports that map cleanly
Download a full export or a CSV whose headers line up with a standard Salesforce or HubSpot import.

Read moreWhat contact enrichment will not do
- It will not find prospects for you. There is no database to search or browse — you supply the people.
- It returns business email addresses only. No phone numbers, no personal addresses, no postal addresses.
- A profile with no listed employer, or an employer with no identifiable mail domain, cannot be enriched.
- Some mail servers refuse to answer verification attempts at all. Those profiles come back unresolved, and cost nothing.
- CSV files are capped at 100 rows each, with 3 files stored at a time.
If you need a searchable contact database or phone data, ReachNow is not the right tool and we would rather say so before you sign up.
Try it against a list of your own
The fastest way to judge enrichment quality is to run it on prospects you already know something about. Sign up, enrich a handful, and check the results yourself.
